For orders under the value of £200, payment must be made by credit card. The details must be supplied before goods are despatched (Mastercard/Visa/American Express). P&P will be added. When ordering goods over the value of £200, a deposit of 60% is required. The balance together with postage and packing will be billed or charged on despatch of the goods. Please quote your card number and expiry date when ordering.

For account customers, payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Payment may be made by Sterling (£) cheque, credit card (Mastercard/Visa/American Express), direct Bank transfer (details given on request).

Prices and taxes

All prices are in pounds (£) sterling and are subject to change if necessary and without prior notifications. All prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax at 15% except for the children's choir wear marked with an asterisk (*). Value Added Tax is not chargeable on goods exported to non E.U. countries. The customer is responsible for all charges payable in the country of destination.

Items shown are not always available from stock and may have to be made to order. Please notify us if the goods are required for a specific date.

Choir wear orders

A 7½% discount is allowed to RSCM affiliated members if payment is made within 10 days of receipt of invoice. Please state your affiliation together with the name of the church on the order. A 60% deposit is required when order is placed.

Claims

Defects, damages or shortages must be notified in writing within seven days of receipt of the goods quoting the invoice number.
