Wheat Chasuble & Stole
Our design team have sought inspiration for this full Gothic chasuble from the Watts archives. By combining traditional elements with contemporary design ideas, we have created this elegant chasuble in pure silk Comper Cathedral damask with an optional pillar or Y orphrey configuration. The central orphrey is a silk jacquard, comprising heads of wheat and rosehip berries lacing across honeycomb.
This vestment is made to order in one of the following three sizes:
Small: front length: 43", back length: 46", width: 49"
Medium: front length: 45", back length: 48", width: 51"
Large: front length: 47", back length: 50", width: 53"
The pillar orphrey can be enhanced by metallic, digital embroidery (as seen in the photographs) for an additional cost. Hand embroidered inscription labels are also available.
