Our Pugin Gothic range is made in our exclusive Alton fabric, based on a design by Augustus Pugin. This fabric came to us from a Pugin vestment from St Augustine's Abbey, Ramsgate, and this range is complimented by a re-weaving of an original Pugin orphrey braid. This design reflects Pugin's 14th and 15th century influences both in England and the Low Countries.
The edges of the burse and veil are both decorated in our Narrow Pugin Braid, rewoven from an original Pugin design. The burse measures 22cm2 and the veil is 57cm2.
